I had to use the computer and print out a form, and found help at the Inlet Public Library. They also fax forms for $1. a page. The librarian is very helpful, and there is a book sale in the back, with cd's, puzzles, books, dvd's, and paperbacks for $.25 to $1. What a bargain. Check for hours- there is a sign out front. I also used the wifi, parked in my car out front one day they were closed.
